No one answeres the phone at all for days

I cant get anybody about the telephone in the shop or even the costumer support telephone. I do want to number when to get my furniture piece and that I cant cope with towards the shop or elsewhere for 3 times today. For this reason i dont get from their website. I'd store credit for returning low quality furniture. I needed to deliver back a family room set akitchen n a dining area collection. The family room furniture was delivered back three times. They don't return your cash they provide you with credit which means you need to have thier trash stuff anyway.
