On July 14,1997, I was forced to plea to sex offenses in the Cobb County Superior Court, that all stemmed from my act of urinating outside where it was alleged that 3 minors saw me. Although the act should have only been classified as a class 1 misdemeanor public indecency, I was charged with Child Molestation and sentenced to serve 10 years in prison, of which I did every day of. After the plea deal, it was discovered that I was actually sentenced on a separate case that I never pled to, nor have ever been convicted of by trial, while the actual perpetrator (Edward Lee Boos) was protected by both my attorney and prosecution. Not only was my attorney (John Hildebrand) aware of this, but due to his refusal to object to anything in court that day, I am now stuck with this on me for the rest of my life. Not only was this other individual allowed to remain free to harm other children while I was being held in prison, but both his photo and ID was placed into my file as being me, and to this very day, my old attorney (John Hildebrand) and the current prosecutor (Eleanor Odem) are striving to block my appeals and to continue to protect this "sexual offender" so they can keep what happened to me covered up. If what I say is not true, then I dare someone to take me to court to prove otherwise. However, that will not happen due to they know of the evidence I have to prove my claim. I may now be classified as a sex offender all because I urinated outside, but they are worse than I am due to they are continuing to protect a documented child molester, that records show was caught at the scene with one of my alleged victims, so he can keep molesting children, while they cover up the truth about me.
