I attempted to make a purchase online using a prepaid debit card. My card keep getting declined. When I checked my card balance a transaction for $24.96 was made. I did not make this transaction. When I contacted that card issurer I was told that the transaction was made to electrical shop. I have no idea qwho electrical shop is. When I pulled up the website there was no contact information. It kept sending me to other vendors whenever I clicked on something. The card issurer stated that I have to wait 8 days for the funds to return to my card or if the venfor received the funds then I could file a report to the issurer. The web address that the card issurer gave me was electricalshop.net
