Unautherized debit

I named and terminated on november, 7 that was one-day before my one month test was up conf# 700213 you debited my bill anyway. And so I approached you regaurding this issue and also you acknowledged it back. And subsequently for whatever reason you debited it back out again. I would really like for this to become attributed back and never need to cope with this problem again. Thanks
