This is a homeowners nightmare. What a huge mistake on my part for hiring them! We contracted in June for a pool and spa to be done by August 7th. Its now December, 7 MONTHS later and we have no pool, just a 25K cement hole in our yard. It was not dug to plot plan which of course the city can not sign off of for water: (
They have defrauded us, breached the contract and added things illegally on their contract AFTER we had our copy! They have failed to pay people who have worked on our job. Yet they request more money! They failed to build a pool for the contracted price and everytime I turn around they want more money. They have violated many CSLB rules and regulations even working with a suspended license. Drank alcohol while working on the job, used our yard as a urinal, and left so many danerous messes not only have our kids been not allowed outside for 7 MONTHS but our dog can not go out either. If your even thinking about BH, EMAIL me first. I have over 40 pages of documented slimy stuff they have pulled here!!!
