This vet was negligent in doing his job. They gave me bad information about the neutering process and they lied to me about the hospital facility.
I found my dog laying on a cold grate over a sink with no assistance, the vet was doing nothing to help him. The vet tech and I tried to rub the anesthesia out of the dog. We had hope that Max would come out of it and that he could heal. The vet told me he couldn't take care of him that night because he was tired.
I had to drive my dog 40 miles to another vet hospital with a screaming dog. It was heartbreaking... He was blind, had neurological damage, he couldn't stand and was having severe seizures. But we still had hope.
We fought for five days and then we had to put a seven month old puppy down who went for a simple neuter procedure. When all was said and done I asked the vet to help me with the bills, they said no. I asked them to change their protocol and educate them before the surgery about the blood work...
