Zales SCRA plan is extremely discriminatory because it just pertains to enlisted Troopers. The army is made up of non commissioned in addition to commissioned officers. Their guidelines aren't in conformity plus they attempt to allow it to be so you will not be entitled to the 6% rate of interest. The individual (s) responsible for researching the files aren't educated on SCRA and also have the audacity to not request or ask using the ESGR or Congress.
