Rings and diamond bracelet purchased on a promotional advertizement no % for one year. Acct. I paid off in full in july which was one year. Then they said I had to pay 23.73% retroactive for the year which amounted to over 700.00 sales promotional big signs all over the store no interest for one year no sign stating 23.73% retroactive when acct. Was paid off.
