Ripoff! I had to literally chase the salesman to get my money back

I boy of 18 came to my house and showed me a list of magazines. I said sure I'll buy one and after I did it and he left he started to walk really fast then I looked on the computer about the company. I found this site and I pursued him he saw me after him and he ran somewhere and I couldn't find him.
