First of all I have purchased minutes with this phone company for $ 200, they said the service was guaranteed and no matter what will happen if I am not happy with the service I will get my money back no questions asked. Since I started using the service I've had a lot of problems with it, bad connection, bad service and no one to help me with it. I chose the VIP pack the big package and they said I will be getting the first minute every time I call for free and then they would charge me from the second minute. Of course that did not happen, adding to that they have changed their rates, they do not have the right to change the rates because I had already purchased my minutes and paid for them in full they changed their rates from 11C / min to 20C/min without letting me know. I also tried calling the number that I normally call and they directed me to another one because they have changed their routing system. Besides all that, the connection is really bad and I can hardly hear the other party. I contacted someone so I can get a refund because I hardly used it and I am not happy with the service they are giving me and because they changed their rates this is not what we agreed upon. They said they would do that only on one condition that they take 10 % of the money that I paid them. This is so unfair they lied when they told me about their rates, they lied about their ' good ' service' and they lied about getting ALL your money back no questions asked. I would like to get all my money back because this is fraud and it displeases me that such people are in business.
