I am a regular bingo player at the above bingo hall and have been playing ever since they opened. I have watch unfair treatment to individuals and tonite it happened to me. I was playing $500 fire balls game serial # f559068 and they called my # 69 i called bingo and the worker ed and rob heard me and said a possible bingo and instead of the caller (sherry) stopping the game she continues on. Other people heard it and she always says she can't hear for the noise. The worker ed had my card in his hand when he said possible bingo to the caller, she ignored him or pretended not to hear him or whatever and continued to call the next number. She is the only caller that constant says she can't hear, why keep her up there it she can't hear.
Two floor workers witness my bingo ed and rob who i purchase these flash cards from all night everynite including other flash card workers. I guess there word was not good enough.
The workers reported to the director what had happened and then the directors came around and asked other people like sherry's friends sitting up around where she is calling. Never to ask me anything, just disregared me until i asked for them, then they came over rude and lying and trying to make it look like i was wrong. Refusing to pay me for the bingo. They knew they were wrong and tried to ignore come up with a excuse not to pay me.
I have witness this behavior before with others and this group has continue to be unfair to customers who come out to play. I have been plyaing here every since it opened and i come out wed, thurs, friday, and saturday every week. This has turned me off and i am hesitate about spending my money in places like this.in fact the director ritter told me not to come back. Now i have been coming longer than he has been there, in fact i don't remember him being around before. He must be kind of new.
I come into bingo at 5 pm so i am early enough to notice a lot of things and i have watched this caller (sherry) give other people her packs to play and would you believe that a lot of the time those people are the ones that bingos. I think it is unfair for peopole to call and play as well. This type of behavior needs to be looked into. If this is the unfair treatment you give to your customers you won't have them long.
I have been a devoted richmond resident customer and i spend at least $300 a night coming out every week and you can ask any floor workers who sell these flash games including billy, they will tell you, but when people start cheating you it is a turn off. I was cheated so unfair, this time and i would like to take this to the top. I would like to put in a formal complaint
