I registered and they took money from my bank account

I authorized plus they required cash from my bank account so when i visited play bingo they froze my bingo bill. They don't I would like to play bingo with my cash till i submit confirmation of who I'm. Therefore essentially they declare my specifics did not fit but we will consider your cash anyhow. Steer clear!!!
