ISI - Incomes Strategies Institute offers overpriced real estate and investment training.
ISI first recruits you for a three day seminar where they brainwash you into thinking you will make $30,000 on every real estate deal, transaction they help you with.
I attended an ISI seminar in April of this year.
One lady was complaining that she had signed up for a special website and that her credit card would be automatically billed. This is one way ISI rips you off from the start. $50 times 50 people times one or two months = big money up front until you realize your credit card is being billed.
Lee is very knowledgeable of the stockmarket and teaches examples of how to make money there. He told everyone to participate. He even got mad at the class when there was lack of participation.
What was interesting though is when anyone in the class questioned his example, he made that person look like a fool and in more than one instance asked the person to leave. One person had pointed out that the covered call example seemed to be exagerated as to how much money would be made and the risk involved. Lee will only let you participate at a seminar if you agree with what he has to say. Lee is a control freak scum and is smart and will get you if you don't watch out.
Now in the back of the class are the henchmen. If you speak up and question Lee they literally yank you outside and threaten to beat you up unless you shut up. This really happened. I saw it happen! They are outlaws... ISI and Sid Sperry and anyone who works for or with them. Stay away from this company.
ISI Income Stratgies Institute is a scam. Check them out very closely before you spend a dime and make sure they sign a contract that if you are not satistifed with the service they offer over the next 90 days that you get a full refund of your money. If you ask for that you will be safe, because they will for sure not do business with you.
ISI takes money from people who do not have the money to spend. They even reccomend you max out your credit cards to sign up for one of their bogus programs.
Lee Dotson also boasts that Kingpin Sid Sperry the owner of the company pays him one million dollars a year to bilk average joes out of millions of dollars.
Lee Dotson came out of Merrill Lynch and if he knows so much about stocks and investing he should be investing and making his money there istead of traveling around the country away from his family (that he says he loves so much) ripping off the average joe.
ISI Income Strategies Institute is just another one of those scams from Utah that you had better watch out for.
