ON Aug 22 I call Time Warner about my damage complaint I may in June 18. I was told, they will sent someone over on Monday Aug 23, between the morning and afternoon.in the mean time my service was off on Sat but was put back on Sunday. Every Week for the past two month I have to deal with this problem and stop my payment until Time Warner fix my damage claim that was made two month ago, now we're going three month. Monday came, it was raining all day, but No ONE FROM TIME WARNER CAME! I even call and left a message to Miguel, who work for Time Warner claim damage department and I left him a message saying, (Last week, your suppose to come and fix my carpet that cost me $700.00 and I was let down 3 time from a contractor name Manny (uptown cable). Manny never honor his word and it was a no call no show. Then Miguel assure me everything will be settle by Friday Aug 20. But Miguel was also a NO CALL NO SHOW. Who can i really believe In TWC?
