Capital Credit Alliance has ripped me off

I applied for a credit card, payed all the fees in advance and never received any credit card and worse Capital Credit Alliance continues to automatically withdraw money from my checking account.

I placed many calls and never a call is picked up by a live person. The number provided is 1800 760 4045. Thanks
