I'm a fifty seven y/o man who wore these shoes for not quite a year and developed ulsers on both feet. I've been under treatment with a podiatrist @ wound nurse for the past 3 months, including 2 visits to the ER @ a hospital stay for 3 days. I am wearing a large ortho-boot @will be wearing it for 2 more months, after the wound heals I can look forward to surgery @ another few weeks of treatment.
