When i contacted Linda at Paretologic she was knowledgable and listened to me. Though this product was not right for me, she handled it professionally and has refunded my money. I posted a complaint last night when I found it wasn't working and couldn't get anyone from the company. I said if they treated me right, I would post that. And they treated me right!
