Illegal charge

I did not sign up for servics from allance marketing group and yet i am being charged $49.95 a month. I. Am not in any business. So would like to know how/why my name is on list to be charged $49,95. I will contact bank today and have any payments stopped as of11/8 and want my money returned asap. No later then 11/12
