Paid to advertise My Holiday Club membership with buyatimeshare.com, they quoted a price they could sell my membership for and guarantee a sale they don't advise how long the sale may take, fustrated with trying to sell the membership myself I contacted buyatimeshare.com and spoke to the Advertising Executive, Quincy Brown. Of cause He had a great discounted offer if i placed the ad with him straight away, the contract i signed clearly stated if I decide to cancel the advertisement the fee may be refunded only if the owner notifies buyatimeshare.com in writing within 72hours of posting the advertisement. I contacted the company that day of the purchase to inform them i wish to cancell my advertisement, Quincy Browne informed me I will not be getting a refund and due to my discount i recieved my contract is not valid. After calling the contact details on the website many times and continuously being tranfered to Quincy Browne when I had requested to speak to someone else in regards to my refund, He responded "Joadie you will not be speaking to anyone else, I am the manager and I am the only person you can speak to" basically I will not be getting the refund and I was absorbing up his day and time and if continue with this atttude he was going to cancell my advertisement all togeather and of course this was not going to include my refund. I found him very aggressive.
