PTH Construction previously traded as Abcon Construction which was liquidated. PTH Construction also liquidated and then traded as Zycon Construction.

Assets belonging to the company were transferred to trusts of which the directors were beneficiaries.

Crooked liquidators and attorneys were the name of the game. The liquidator was Johan Venter and the attorney was Jan van der Merwe.

We have opened a criminal case of fraud against all of the above with the Specialist Commercial Crimes Unit of the South African Police Services.
