I ordered a picture frame and it was junk from China. It was nothing like the photo on there web site. It was like I got a frame branded by a hot iron made out of cheep compressed wood. What is to say it fell apart in a week. I emailed there customer service and they told me I had to send the low priced junk back so they could do a quality check on the product to make a determination if they would consider sending me a new one. I did not want to waste my time. Please stay away from this Internet jockey! He is living off the back of the American worker. I would consider this a bait and switch operation. Do not fall into there quick shipment marketing scam. You will be in the trick bag giving your loved one some low quality crap from China. Do not think you going to get a WOW; that has my name on it! Your kid is going to look at you like WTF is this! Even if it is last minute I would never consider www.PersonalizationMall.com on option. I would rather stand in line this holiday season then looking like a fool to my loved one.
Sometimes its worth it to go to the store to touch and feel what your getting.
