This business took my money a few months ago and promised 6 personal training sessions within the next year. Well, after moving the business 4 miles up the road, and beginning text marketing, they suddenly had no record of my payment or remaining sessions. The day I found this out mind you, I called them at approximately 6pm for their new address, trying to make a 6:30 dance class. Once I got there, I paid my money, danced 5 min at the end of the 5:00 class only to find out there would be no 6:30 class that day (I overheard the instructor stating he had a "date"). Please tell my why the person I spoke with regarding directions, who I informed I was enroute for the class, and the individual who accepted my payment, did not think it professional enough to tell me there would be no 6:30 class, before I wasted my gas, money and time coming there.
The very next day, I get one of their unyielding text solicitations again and politely reiterated my frustration from the following day and requested to be removed from the list.instead of getting a simple "you are removed", I got a rebuttal... Very unprofessional. Then the very next day, AGAIN, more text solicitations. I education them that when a consumer replies and requests to be removed from text marketing, it needs to be done. These wonderfully, professional people again rebuttaled "it is not illegal, when you give us the number". Next, a series of text messages when back and forth while I fought to have my phone number out of the hands of these hoodlums. THEN, they began calling me, harassing me, leaving rude voicemails and continuing to text every reason under the son why they could not remove me. I eventually changed my number that same day out of such furor.
Not only would I never recommend these club thugs turned "fitness instructors" for purposes of working out your body, I most certainly would NEVER provide them with any sort of contact information, unless you want to be harassed for not being receptive of their poor services.
