We shop the Vestal NY Target almost every Saturday morning, usually arriving there between 8 - 8:30 AM. My first stop when I get in the door has always been the rest room because I've had my morning coffee and have already shopped other retailers that open prior to Target. I've always used Target's rest rooms as they are usually very clean. But lately, they are not available to use because they are being cleaned. Isn't this something that should be done PRIOR to opening? And to make matters worse, even when we were exiting the store today, the restrooms still were not available. There has also been an issue at this location with the shopping carts. Usually all the shopping carts are located in the right as you enter. Sometimes there is a whole string of carts on the left of the entrance, which blocks the entrances to the restrooms. When this happens, you have to walk past this string of carts and back track through guest services to reach the restrooms. While these incidents will not stop me from shopping this Target location at this time, I'm sure not the happy Target shopper that I used to be.
