Donald R. Turner I was told that I would win 2 million dollars if if send 19.99 and 27.99 to finalize the winning. I send in the money and then I was repeatedly sent this numerous times

This scam is outrageuos and I hope the people behind this get caught and I hope they recievce jail time! I hope no one else falls for this scam. I was sent in the mail a winners letter for the amount of 2 million dollars. I had to send 19.99 and 27.99 to get my money. This letters was sent to me repeatly. I sent the money and the money was withdrew from my account along with other withdrawals.
