I originally ordered a pool liner on 6/14 and recieved a comformation along with tracking number. A few days later I recieved a message that the liner was no longer availableand to call the compnay. Upon calling I was told the shipping label had come off and they would try to locate my item. A few days later I calle to see what the status of the item was and I was told that I needed to reorder a different item and cancel that one. My credit card was billed even though the item evidently was never in stock or shipped. My credit card would then be credited, My credit card was finally credited eight days later. I then chose another liner that was 120.00 more than the previous, and also ordered a wall foam kit and adhesive. I recieved the adhesive and wall foam kit (supposedly) but insteasd of the wall foam kit I was sent a bottom kit. I then had to call again to get this returned. They picked up the return but never shipped the item I had ordered. On 6/23/10 I finally was able to speak to a customer service manager who had the item shipped immediately. I also told her that looking at the E-Mail for the shipping of the liner they showed that I canceled the 25g liner I had ordered and changed it to a 20g. I was never even asked if I wanted to change it. Evidently the 25g was no longer available so someone decided to change it for me. They changed the liner to a lower grade but didn't adjust the price to reflect the lower gauge. The 25 g was 370.49 and the 20g was 349.99. She said she would take care of the adjustment and wouls also issue me a $25.00 in store credit for all of the problems I encountered. Well I got the wall foam kit and nothing elsr as promised. My credit card was billed the higher price for the liner and I never recieved the $25.00 credit. I once again called on 7/17/10 an was told I really needed to speak to the cyustomer service manager but she wasn't in and would be in on 7/18/10, I was then forwarded to her voice mail and left a message about the problem as well as my phone number. When I hadn't recieved a call back by 2:30 P.M. I once again called. I was told she only works until 2 P.M. On Sundays. (If she wasin why didn't she return my call?) The person I then spoke to said she would sent a request for a refund of the difference, but she couldn't issue it only a manager could. (lots of luck with that knowing there track record) As far as the credit she couldn't help me I would need to call back and speak to the customer service manager. I would not recommend this company to anyone, it seems as if everyone is on adifferent page and no one knows what the other person is doing. As far as customer relations they stink. I will probubly have to file a complaint with the better business bureau and dispute the charges with my credit card company. It seems this company just doesn't care about repeat business. They really stink and I will post my opinion on their facebook pages and anywhere elseI can find to let consumers know how bad they really are.
