On the 13th, I called to order the smokers savior product. Of course the sales person pushed to upgrade me to the platinum service, which I did. My credit card was charged immediately and I was told I would receive the product in 7-10 days. Was not informed about a backorder on the one and only major product they sell which delayed shipment till the 19th. After waiting yet another week and a half, i called the unprofessional teenage teeny bopper customer service crew led by Jen. I was lied to (Jessica), hung up on (Christine) and treated like I owed them something (Jen.) They had no tracking info on my account. I asked for the product to be overnighted to me. They said they cant do that. Jen actually said that "the sales people dont know whats in our warehouse and we dont know what they say to the customer." Really? And by the way, Jen has no boss to speak of. So forget getting any answers or problems resolved. Here I sit out $200, no product and hours of frustration on the phone with unprofessional, untrained, reps who solve problems by hanging up on customers. Their website and the sales rep lied when they said the product ARRIVES in 7-10 days. They push to upsell you with stuff you dont want or need and dont take no for an answer. They charge your account the day you order the product and you are stuck. You end up on the phone with Jen and she answers to no one.
