I work 12 hours a day, and this store's both management and bike assembly personnel provided me with top notch customer service, it appeared that they even enjoyed their job and wanted to help me. I am a picky customer too, and before buying the bike certain adjustments needed to made since it was a floor model, they also assembled a bike for me and sent it aside for when i was able to pick it up, carried the messages over to the next manager the following day without me having to repeat anything or worry.
