Please, if anyone has a mailing address for Shamwow, please let me know, as I am hoping to report them to the Better Business Bureau, but an address is required. And lo and behold, I do not find one on their site!
My complaint? When their "rush" shipping did not come on time, I called to cancel the order entirely. Was told that would be no problem; only need to put "refused - return to sender" and send it back through the mail. Very helpful customer-service woman.
Later, someone else @ Shamwow told me, "no, you have to catch the postman before he drops it off; too bad - it's yours" But because the package arrived when I was in another country, I couldn't do that.
Multiple e-mails later, no dice. Still, I sent it back thru the USPS, who said it was no problem. But Shamwow sent it back. The package has never been opened. But Shamwow refused to take it back - returned it to me. This is the last straw.
