I ordered a copy of my Birth Certificate from VitalChek on Sept 19thAs of September 21st 2010 no order confirmation was received in my inbox OR my junk mail. My Discover credit card confirmed that I had been charged $31.50 by VCHECKWA. I then spent about 15 minutes attempting to navigate the VitalChek website looking for a way to contact them for a copy of my order. After being routed to FAQ for the tenth time I was finally able to access an "Additional Questions" form and not have it route me back to FAQ after tantalizing me with a glimpse. I provided the EXACT (read copy & paste) information FAQ said I would need to give. I then filled in the area marked "Question" with my request for an order confirmation/receipt. I moved to the next field (Birth date) and TA-DA here is FAQ again, all information previously entered into "Additional Questions" form, gone. I do not find a "500 max char" (Maximum limit on all questions including spaces) enough room to express my concerns over a company that claims to be in the business of customer satisfaction but provides no outlet for feedback of any kind. No telephone numbers are listed, no email address, no online chat. Even the “Contact Us” link seems to discourage any kind of commenting other than to ask “Where is my order? ”I would not recommend this service to any one. Even if the company does deliver the record I have ordered, their idea of customer satisfaction seems to be “If we don’t hear or see the complaints then it must not be there”
