As a director of a non-profit preschool who buys products from Target for the school, I have found the tax exempt process at Target to be one of the more cumbersome and time-consuming. Many stores have a one time sign in at the service counter and issue a UPC scanable card. I would love to see Target update this procedure (even Walmart does this better - oops!)
