CPS harrassment

Every since I contacted BBB regarding customer service. I have been harrassed by CPS regarding my payments. They call 3 or more times when payment is late. Reginald called 4 times back to back today. My supervisor asked was I okay. I explained to CPS tha I had spoke with someone prior to making 1/2 payments. He told me that I could not make payments the way I wanted to. I said well I did talk to someone and they said that it was okay to do. I know that the payments are suppose to meet agreed date. I explained that August second half was late due to repairs for car. He stated that was not his problem. I went on to say the payment has been made through my bank as always and I could send proof that the payment has been made. He insisted that I send payment right that moment by credit card and I told him that I did not have extra money and I refused. He threatened me by stating that he was going to pick up the car. I am almost finish paying for the car. Something really needs to be done about finance companies harrassing you when you have paid 4 years and the closer it gets to paying off a vehicle the more one is harrassed. This is not fair to consumers. I would like if CPS take the car. I owe them nothing. I purchased the car Dec. 2006. Account # 8176612.
