This bank is out for itself in a time where consumers are having a difficult time.in an economy where people are going bankrupt and losing there homes in the multitude, you have a Credit Union which is only out to benefit themselves.
Do not use this credit union
If you fall behind on credit card payments they will not work with you, they will take you to court and then charge you outrageous legal fees.
I went through a hard time and my husband lost his job. Rather then taking the easy way out and filing bankruptcy, I tried to work with my credit companied to close and finalize all my accounts. EVERY bank out there would work with me and offer some kind of settlement, oftern lower then the actual amount. Tampa Bay Federal Credit Union were the only people to not budge on the amount - which is OK as thats what I owed, but when realizing my position, filed a civil law suit against me! Once I realized this I went to the branch to pay the amount in full and they said it was too late - I now had to pay a huge legal bill as well.
