Securitas put me on a 30 day probation and i went on www.unemployment.com to see if i qualified and i did that means i was fired but i had a yellow paper stating i was on a 30 day probation. For wearing and ipod a refusing to follow post orders, so i got qualified for unemployment so securitas writes unemployment and tells them i quit the job so i wont recieve any more unemployment. Also i got a text message from one of my coworkers stating that one of my employees told him i was fired the third day i was on probation.
So that means i was fired before i even knew and that also means one of my bosses told one of my coworkers because i came in july 28 i came into work my coworker was in my seat i said to him why are you here he said to me i thought you were the new person in your spot.
I have also been calling Securitas almost every other day and until i felt stupid for calling because no one would answer me back every time i call them they will ask my name as soon as i stated who i was they said hold on i always got the voice mail.
The lady who works in human resource told me to call a guy who does the coworkers scedules. Every time i call the guy he would hey wassup what do you need. He knows what i need a scedule to work. Im tired of playing games with this comapny Ive been there since 2007. And i called unemployment because i only recieved one payment from them they said my claim is being reviewed. So wensday the first of sept i got a letter from securitas stating that i quit my job. What really hurt me was how long i been with this company and all they had to do was tell me your fired instead of saying im on a 30 day probation no one called me until three weeks later and when i returned the call back the lady who answers the phone says i dont know when I asked about the job they said they had for me it wasnt even a job it was a open house. Also i would like to say on the report they had a guy named rob down as my supervisor hes not my supervisor he the scedule guy
also they had the 27 of july i wore ipod and refuse to do what was asked that was also false no of that actually Happend and that date i was not at work i was absent then they said this all happened. These problems happened earlier in July like the 14 or 15. Thats why im angry with them because of there lies.
Also the Rascism would be there's always this white guy sleeping on the job and no one
even tells on him he leaves with his vehicle to go home and shave nothing done to him just because hes a white male. He sleeps evey chance he can get and he gets reported to Securitas all the time employees every sees him sleep i even told on him and the boss said in front of my face to the guy keep away form them these people aka colored folk all they will do is twist your stories and whats going on. And securitas does nothing but butter this guy up and he can do what ever he wants as long as he rats on every one he can stay. And i all i did was wear a ipod and im fired.
