I ordered an egg omlet, grits with butter, wheat toast-dry with butter on the side.
When I received my order, Coffee cold, burner apparently off.
Omlet—imprepared, eggs broken, barely mixed, cooked way before bread was put in toaster) grits was so cold, would not melt the butter, by the time I was server, my food cold.
Blender to blend eggs for omlets, broken. Why wasn't I (the customer) told, I would I would have ordered scrambled egg, Which a 2 egg breakfast, I could of saved in cost, no flustration in service or food.
