I was so tired of telecom companies giving my customers the run around on billing and service issues.
I found Metropolitan Telecommunications (MetTel) in late and ever since I’m continually impressed with their service.
Their online management portal allows me to see all of the features and costs and disconnect services that I don't need. Over all, we are continuing to see about a 30% savings at each location as we migrate them to MetTel and finally have someone that will show us how to clean it up!
