I bought a 16kw generator from Lowes on June 29. It was installed 2 weeks later. I had a power loss on Jul 31. The generator did not work. The Generac repairman replaced a fuse & the battery and told me to check the light on the generator it should be green. To day four days after the repair, the light is red. I am not a happy customer.
