I had cancellation on my flight due the bad weather. They emailed me that my ticket is good for one year with no extra fee. With a confirmation number LJZKGP but when I called for rebook my flight their agent told me she can not do anything for me and she need to talk to superviser after having me on holh for 36 minutes of my cell phone i had no choice to hang up the phone. And this was my second attempt losing 48 minutes of my cell and getting no where. Thier customer service is terrible and i am not going to travel with jetblue any more.By the way jetblue.com had no option for rebooking the flight and you have no choice but to call them
