My buddy and i ordered 3 pizzas, 1 which included a special where you purchased the pepperoni pizza and get the bread sticks, etc. While i was in the store (which has cctv), i observed the young manager by the name of shawn (sean) walk into the front door of the store. I said hello to him and he said nothing while he carried a 12 pack of unopened beer through the customer area and into the back of the store. As i understand, there are employees who are under the age of 21 possibly at ages as low as 17. My order totaled $29.43 as i still have the receipt. My buddy and i returned to the vehicle to wait the ten minutes the employees advised the pizzas would be ready. My buddy walked into the store to get the pizzas while i stayed in the vehicle. My buddy told me that some employees asked him "who is that guy?" my buddy stated to them, "he`s my best friend." it was dark and i trusted that my buddy had the complete order. When we got to our location, i asked my buddy where the other pizza was. He stated that he trusted that the order was complete. I called the store and spoke with shawn (the manager) and explained to him that we were 1 pizza short which is actually the cheapest pizza of the 3 that we ordered. He became abrupt with me insisting that all 3 pizzas were there. He stated in a condensending manner that the store was closed and that he was unable to check the records.in the meantime, my nephews had dropped by the store in an attempt to retrieve the missing cheese-pepperoni pizza. My nephews advised me that they were treated rudely by shawn as he told them that the store was closed. On 7/8, i entered the store and requested to speak with the manager shawn. The young female cashier stated that he was not there and that she was in charge at that time. I explained to her the situation. After making a few phone calls, she stated that the store would honor my request to make the pizza that was missing on july 3. I also ordered a pizza that day for lunch for my wife and i. The total on that receipt was $11.77. When i returned to pick up the pizzas, the female advised that shawn had called her and told her that my request was not to be honored and that even the store`s `best` cashier insisted that the july 3 order was complete. I called the customer complaint line (800) 722-3727. I explained to them what had happened. They advised me that the winder store was not a corporate store, but a franchise. I explained to them that the complaint involved the store manager and requested that the owner to call me. After approximately 2 weeks, i never received that call from the owner which can be verified by my itemized phone records.in the meantime, i received an unknown phone call where no message was left. I called the number and shawn answered the phone. I did hang up and then called the customer service line again. I explained to them that i had requested the owner to call me being that shawn was involved with the complaint. They told me that the case was closed because two calls were made to my line in which 2 messages were left and i never returned the calls. That never ever happened and it can be proven by my phone records. I have not heard from the owner of that store. It seams to me that shawn possibly misled the boss (the owner) regarding the phone calls. It is definitely a lie regarding shawn insisting that we received the complete order on july 3. The pizza that was missing was a $5.00 pepperoni pizza. My issue is the lack of customer interest on the owner`s part. The owner never called me to listen to my side of the story;never!!! I have not been back to the store since because integrity means more to me than trying to get a $5.00 pizza. I have never ever dealt with such a disrespectful, unethical and dishonest business such as this. I have spoken to other community members who have also observed the behavior of employees. My concern is that shawn (the manager) has a terrible attitude and is a very poor example for the other young people. When i left the store on the night of july 3, i don`t know what happened. I do know that ga law states that furnishing alcohol to minors is a misdemeanor charge. I want to thank 11 alive investigative reporters for listening to my experience. This memo is not over a missing $5.00 pepperoni pizza, but the lack of integrity, customer service and discipline. I hope that this gets investigated well because i know in my heart that i am being truthful and i was mistreated.

Ps: in the boxes below it talks about notifying the business about my complaint. I want the complaint to be strictly addressed to the owner; not anyone else including shawn in the store!!!

Pss: it would also be nice for this store to issue their customers `itemized` receipts which they don`t do. Itemized receipts show exactly what was purchased with the detailed information!!!
