On 7/18 I purchased a service from this business where they would level up a character for me 6 levels for 9.99. The deadline time was 1-2 days where they would then return my account with the avatar leveled accordingly. 40 hours went by and after several attempts to get updates on my avatar, the company snubbed me reeatedly and made additional promises. Thereafter I found that not only was my order unfulfilled, but my account was missing precious items and currency, and was totally ruined. I got in touch with live support which boasts "quality customer service" but offers poor, rude, unprofessional service and lies. The support told me that my character was 67 when in fact it was only 64 when i ordered it to be 69.in 40 hours they had succesfully leveled my character 1 out of the 6 levels paid for, stole 4000 gold, and deestroyed my character attributes. I simply requested they return my Gold to which they said when the order was complete they would. I told them to cancel my order and refund it after many hours fighting with them to refund the 9.99. At the end they refused to return my 4000 gold. The site is nothing more than a group of phishers and liars, and offer terrible service.
