Funding fraud

I paid $25,000.00 wire transfer to this company, I never got my loan as promised and they told me that i would get the loan and i paid appraisals fees attorneys, titke companys, etc as they told me to and i never recieved the loan but all i did was pay out of pocket expences, this person was a big scammer, i want help into getting my money back. For the commercial loann i was promised.
