Took 139.95 from my bank account when it was to be 2.97

I saw this on my computer. Went to the web site and registered for a 2.97 trial. I called the complany to look further and my computer was down. I tried three times to call back and no answer. They charged my debit acount 139.95. My bank PNC disputred twice but they claim that I had 3 days to cancel but have nothing signed and I have received nothing for my money. I live on a fixed income of 631.00 per month and I now have 139.95 and three charges from my bank for 86.00. Help
