I went on the internet looking for a company to install carpet/liaminate/vinyl flooring. Customized surfaces, inc. Worked for servicesmagic. Customized surfaces did the work, there is a 20yr. Warranty on the liaminate flooring, a 10yr. Warranty on the carpet flooring. I am having problems with the carpet and liamated flooring. I tried to contact customized surfaces, can't be found. I contacted servicesmagic. They couldnot get a responds from them. I paid 3608.82. To have this work done. Servicemagic inc offered me a settlement of 500.00. That will not cover the carpet nor the liaminate flooring. I need help in resolving this matter.
