I hired this man to replace the sheet rock in my garage, he told me he knew how to do the job and all his work was 100% guaranteed or he would refund my money, first of all he put the wrong size sheet rock in and it didnt fit so they put putty to fill the 3/4 inch hole they left then they didnt put the insulation in right, it didnt fit, it is too small, they didnt finish the job, it was never painted, they worked on my living room and fell through the ceiling and tryed to patch it but the sheet rock didnt match the other one so it was hanging down about a inch and they just left it. They also dropped a hammer on my flat screen TV and it has a gash and a cut down the front and he never offered to fix it, he was paid to take off the popcorn ceiling for two halls and never took it off he just barley scraped over it and then painted over it. All the work I had him do I had to hire someone else to come in and redo and he refuses to pay some of the money back that I paid him and he first told me he would return my money because he knew he did a bad job. He told me to give him two weeks because one of his workers did some damage to someone else's home and he would have to repair the damage then he would refund my money he has now gotten very nasty to me and told me to contact a attorney. I have contacted several attorneys and was told to take him to small claims court so that is what I am going to do.
