Today, i called about noon and spoke with your representative. I explained that my friend, mary ellen o"mears is 93 in a wheel chair, in a hospice

Program, is legally blind and does not remember her " password." the rep. Would not listen, nor make any exceptions... She kept saying,

She had to have the pass word. She said ask her what her favorite restaurant is? I said she is housebound - mary ellen said i do not go out. Then the rep said we would have sent a letter with the password - find the file/letter. I said again, my friend is blind... I will look -

Finally i found the letter and the 4 numbers - not a favorite restaurant... This was poor customer service. She did get us a service call for wed. For this i am grateful. Thank you, roseann keller rn mary ellen is at 708 424 0584 4031 w 97th st oak lawn.
