Hollywood Production Center is a scam! They lure you into believing
they provide a full service leasing office, when they are not! All the
services they claim they provide they do not! Their administrative
team/managing team are unprofessional, inexperienced and make careless
mistakes. Almost everytime I put in a request, I had to follow up for
the request to go through. They claim my deposit will not be ready for
another 30 days after my move out date! Even after a 30 day advance
notice that we were moving out!!! I have never dealt with so much
unorganized people in my life. If you want to run an efficent business,
do not run it through Hollywood Production Center! They actually made
me lose money than I had earned working there! I will never lease
another office with Hollywood Production Center again!
