Alliance Group Entertainment is just one of this CEO's many interests. He has mortgage companies, not in his name, car parts manufacturing, and now this movie production company with a criminal past of fraud and theft of over 25Million dollars. He changed his name many times. Nobody knows who this really is. He scammed and ripped off most of the country. I heard he then fled to Iran with the money. He was caught and is back at it again. He lied and definately stole company funds of a private investor and refuses to give it back, and this amount is huge. Close to 300K. Nobody should trust this guy with a dime. And sad thing is nobody knows who he really is because his name with the conviction is Mahmoud Karkehabadi. Not Mike Kay, or Mike Karkeh.
He sure lives the good life and so does his wife. But I think his days are numbered. Do not ever give this company or any main with these names any money for anything. Especially his scam for his 35% annual guaranteed movie production investment. You wont get it back until the feds grab him and stick him in prison. And then he is very careful not to put anything in his own name. What does that tell you
