I took an old Sthil chain Saw in to country Homes for Carbrator repair. At the time The service person did not in form me a service charge would apply should my saw not be repairable. I honestly believe Country Home Equipment was aware at the time no replacement parts was available to repair my saw. I believe Country Home equipment held my saw to Charge me a fee telling me the saw was unrepairable. I refuse to pay the fee of $27.18. They threaten to turn this fee over to collections. I am 78 years old and never in all of my years have I had service charge placed on an out dated peiece of equipment. When a company already knew repair parts was no longer in stock. Country Homes is an authorized repair and new Sthil Equipment Dealer..
