After reading some of the rewiews, it sounds like most of the complaints were User errors. Now is the help desk support up to par, maybe not, but for 20 bucks, I am not complaining. I would buy this product if this is not your primary phone. I have 4 cells phones in the house, and they are the primary ways of communicating for me. Reason why I chose this product is because after the 20, its free.
