I went to averitt's orientation quit a job to come to this company and after I had finished 4 days of listening to their crap. I was called on the way home and told that they were taking back their offer because on something someone over heard me say. Not only did they hear me incorrectly but when I tried to explain to the wimp on the phone what I said I was told to shut up and listen. That's probably why they waited to call me on the way home because if he had talk to me in person like that he wouldn't have any teeth left in his mouth. But do to their actions I now don't have a job and three kids to feed and a mortgage due. When I e-mailed Gary Sasser the CEO to talk to him he never returned my e-mails or phone calls so much for your open door polices Sasser.
