Contact Apple on 13 June that on my credit card statement shows that 8 times on 12 June they have tried to get an approval on purchases made online with my credit card number that I never authorized. Right away Customer service agent started treating me in a negative way. I ask what name is used they said not my name, or can I get were the merchandise supposed to be ship. They said they can't give me that info. The apple customer service personnel kept asking for my personnel info. I only wanted the name of the person who is using my number. She very disrespectful gave me negative remark. Ask her name she only said JK. This action has truly set me back from dealing with business and not having trust with anyone. Can anyone advise
